Situated in 6 different locations in the historical village of Grignan, Le Clair de Plume invites you to experience French easy living all year long. At the entrance of the village, enjoying an exceptional view at castle of Grignan, La Ferme Chapouton is organized around a gourmet bistro, a heated pool and seminar rooms (up to 148 people). A few steps away, facing one of the most beautiful fountain of Provence, the historic House: in the conservatory or in a private dining room, the gastronomic restaurant (1* Michelin) offers a Cuisine prepared with a specific care of each product integrity. Since december 2022, we have a new chef cosigned a menu, it is a three-starred chef : Glenn VIEL***. The afternoon suave hours invite between terrace, trellis or indoor lounge. In summer, a stroll through the Mediterranean garden is a must: the collection of fragrant plants stretches between natural swimming, pond and outdoor restaurant. Twenty-five rooms divided between the different houses offer the choice between those personalized with 19th Century furniture, and others more contemporary. Finally, the shop in the center of the village offers delicacies, scents and traditions of Provence.

Around truffle: Meeting with a producer
Truffle digging is a skill we love to share with passion. It’s about looking for truffles in the oak trees’ fields, together with a trained and dog gifted with a great sense of smell. You’ll discover how to “hunt” a truffle properly!
Between November and March we cook meals dedicated to the black truffles. Buy truffles at cost price & learn how to cook them
All about wine :
Visit of wine cellar ,tasting of white, rosé and red wines.
You’ll taste southern and northern vintages, learn about the soil typicity that makes all the wine so different.
