La Liste, the world’s best restaurants selection has released its 2019 ranking.
La Liste, the first international gastronomic classification based on a transparent and fair methodology of compilation of different guides and sites, distinguishes since 4 years the 1000 best restaurants of the world.
With 117 restaurants listed, France ranks third among destinations with the largest number of selected gastronomic restaurants!
Three French Parisian restaurants are part of the Top 10 and continue to highlight the importance of French gastronomy on the international scene. The restaurant Guy Savoy, the chef Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée and the restaurant l’Arpège are coming respectively in 1st position (ex-aequo with Eric Ripert of the restaurant « The Bernardin “in New York), 3rd and 6th position.
