The 5th of February, the Michelin Guide released its 2018 list of new starred restaurants and specially rewarded the Parisian creativity and dynamism.
Two restaurants are now in the three-star category:

La Maison des Bois – Marc Veyrat (Manigod, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes)
Five are in the two-star category :
