What better place to organise seminars, conventions and incentive trips in complete safety?

In Monaco, despite the health situation, the city’s restaurants and hotels have always remained open, even in the midst of the crisis, thanks to their agility and flexibility, as well as the attention to health and safety that characterises the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer group.

Those three strengths, together with the great variety of meeting rooms, terraces and gardens, have enabled the company to focus on hosting events. The Vitha Group event held in Monaco last June 2021 is the best proof of this.

The challenge was to organise an unforgettable event for a group of 300 people, while staying close to the Italian border.  Guests stayed at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, a 4-star property with 332 rooms and suites, most of which offer splendid sea views. The entire first floor of the hotel, dedicated to meeting and banqueting rooms, was booked for a company dinner for 300 people, in full compliance with Covid-19 regulations. As for the awards ceremony, an exceptionally elegant space was selected for exclusive use, close to the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort: the Salle des Palmiers at the Sporting Monte-Carlo. Last but not least, the open-air spaces of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort played host to a stunning gala dinner, set between the sea and the sandy lagoon.
