Maison Albar Hotels Le Diamond 5* is ideally situated next to the gare Saint‑Lazare, two steps from the Opéra Garnier and Galeries Lafayette. For business, as a couple, or family, welcome to this brilliant hot spot, refined and delicate, like lace. The scintillating side gives all its radiance to Parisian life. A sparkling five-star hotel, with just enough Swarovski®, for a dazz-l-ing Parisian stay!

Junior Suite

New Opening: Maison Albar Hotels Le Vendome 5* has a spirit and a history all its own: constructed during the Revolution, and becoming in turn a draper’s boutique and then a grandiose luxury hotel, the building was also a grand Parisian brasserie: Le Lion d’or. Today, the sign is still visible on the façade, classified as a historic monument.

Located on the rue du Helder in the immediate proximity of the Opéra Garnier and a few steps from the Place Vendôme by way of the rue de la Paix, this Parisian symbol straight out of a Balzac novel inspired the architect Fabien Roque. Playing with gold and its opulence, the hotel has 51 rooms, a bar and restaurant opening onto the garden, relaxation space with a luxurious spa, pool, and fitness area.

DUENDE : First Michelin Star

Duende Restaurant in Maison Albar Hotels l’Imperator

Chefs Pierre Gagnaire and Nicolas Fontaine just obtained the prestigious first Michelin star

for the gourmet restaurant DUENDE, located in Maison Albar Hotels L’Imperator, Nîmes

A one-of-a-kind distinction in a particularly challenging year.

Pierre Gagnaire, creator of taste with multiple stars

With more than 40 years of authenticity, creativity and commitment, the emblematic 16-star man, renowned for his admirable inventiveness and the precious aesthetics of his dishes, invites you to a shared moment of taste and vision: one of quality products sublimated with precision and tenderness, taking you into a sensory universe of infinite flavours.

Only one year after the opening of the DUENDE in Nîmes, the Michelin star, symbol of excellence, refinement and know-how, was awarded to Pierre Gagnaire and Nicolas Fontaine, executive chef of the DUENDE and their team.

A one-star Michelin Guide restaurant’s review

“DUENDE! Or when the art of the bullfighter and the flamenco dancer sparks Pierre Gagnaire’s imagination. The great Chef has entrusted the house keys to his protégé Nicolas Fontaine, who knows the rebellious spirit of his mentor like the back of his hand, and offers an experience equally original and refined. A French southern cuisine full of local flavors, to be tasted in an intimate atmosphere. Magnificent wine list, with more than 600 references, with a pronounced local preference. Pierre Gagnaire strikes hard, right and (very) good.
