A LARGER ECOSYSTEM
LE BHV MARAIS is at the heart of an ecosystem that promises world-class shopping, but not only that. In 2018, the Lafayette Anticipations Foundation opened its doors and became a true catalyst offering artists the unique and bespoke means to create, experiment and exhibit.
The first multidisciplinary centre of its kind in France, the foundation is located in a 19th-century industrial building in the heart of the Marais. It is a true “curatorial machine” that showcases new works by international creators in the fields of contemporary art, design and fashion.
In April 2019, the Italian concept store Eataly opened the doors of its first grocers-cum-restaurant in Paris on rue Sainte-Croix-de-la-Bretonnerie, in a 3,000m² building next to LE BHV MARAIS.
The Parisian concept store mirrors the company’s philosophy: visitors have the opportunity to buy the finest Italian products, savour real Italian cuisine from several restaurants, but also take cookery classes with renowned chefs or browse the showrooms…
