Ducasse sur Seine

Ducasse sur Seine is a new unparalleled experience, offering the pleasure of contemporary Parisian haute cuisine with the wonderful sensation of gliding down the Seine. From Debilly Port in Paris, passengers can hop on the new and completely environmentally clean and silent Ducasse boat.

Over the course of a Seine river cruise, the gourmet traveller will experience contemporary haute cuisine by Alain Ducasse. The menu conceived by the multi-starred chef perfectly accompanies the feast for the eyes that the City of Lights offers. You can choose between the «déjeuner sur seine» lunch (three – or four – course meals, including a wine-pairing version, starting at 100€/person), the «nuit étoilée » diner (four or five-course menus, including wine-pairing versions, starting at 150€/person) or just stop by for a gourmet break in the afternoon.

Reopened last year after a four-year restoration, the “Hotel de Crillon”, a Rosewood luxury hotel, is now the 25th palace in France. It received the Palace classification for the next 5 years, continuing to promote French hotel excellence and savoir-faire around the world.

  • Fauchon Hotel

132 years after the creation of the emblematic Fauchon deli, the group’s first hotel opened this September. Already appearing in the “The Leading Hotels of the World” collection, this new 5* property defines itself as a gourmet boutique hotel.


With 54 rooms and 17 suites, the hotel located on the Place de la Madeleine offers a spa, library, tea garden, bar-restaurant open to everyone and, above all, a private gourmet bar full of Fauchon treats in every room…


  • Bowmann Hotel

Last June, the Bowmann Hotel opened a new 5* establishment in the heart of Paris. With its typical Parisian architecture, the 48 rooms and 5 suites of the hotel embody the alliance between tradition and innovation.


Amongst the hotel facilities, the “99 Restaurant” and the “99 Bar” offer capacity for 80 people with outdoor seating, a spa with pool and, most importantly, a terrace offering 360 degree views of Paris.
