Also from my 2004 archives. The Houses of Parliament in London. I think this is the view from the London Eye. To process the shot I first cleaned up the noise with Imagenomic Noiseware, and the clonned out the smudges. Then used Photomatix Details Enhancement. In PS: - Nik Skylight filter - Freaky Details on the building - Curves with radial gradient to darken edges.
