For those wishing to deepen their expertise, the École Ritz Escoffier offers professional culinary and pastry programs lasting from 6 to 28 weeks, structured across three progressive levels, Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced. These hands-on programs, limited to 8 students per class, are designed to perfect technique, develop creativity, and immerse participants fully in the rigor and refinement of French Haute Cuisine
